    The slowest service that I have ever received from any fast food restaurant. This is the second time in a row at the Newcastle en route location with the same experience. Wendy’s head office needs to get involved. 4th person in line and still waiting, 22 minutes now.

    Very slow service. Worse than McDonald's, waited 15 min for fries

    Stopped at wendys before heading back home, service was very fast... john was a great server

    So slow, took 15mins to get my food. Terrible service. Big lineup and only two people working behind the counter.
